Did you know that some dogs can sense detect low blood sugar?
I didn’t know, I’m kinda wishing my dogs was one of those.
I think my cat might be able to. Multiple times when I’ve been going low and not realizing it, he’s meowed like crazy and actually stood on his hind legs and clawed at me. It’s the same thing he does when he’s run out of food/water, except these times he had plenty of both left out for him. He stopped when I ate and my blood sugar went back up.
Curious, very curious.
